MY STORY
I never fell in love with cameras. I fell in love with moments.
I was born in a small town in southern Germany and raised in a German-Filipino household.
Our home was never quiet. There was always music playing somewhere. Mama’s cooking. Friends dropping by unannounced and staying longer than planned. Everyone was welcome.
Living between two cultures taught me that the most valuable things in life are rarely things at all:
They are people + Conversations + Shared meals + Moments.
Years later, I left Germany and moved to the Philippines. It was there that I met someone who would change the way I see the world.
He had a remarkable eye for beauty. He noticed details others walked past. Light, movement, emotion, atmosphere. While travelling, I watched him document life in a way that felt effortless and deeply human. For the first time, I understood that visual storytelling was more than taking beautiful pictures. It was a way of preserving a feeling.
That journey eventually led me to videography.
Today, I don’t create films to chase perfection or trends. I create them because memories fade.
The people we love change.
Places disappear.
Moments pass.
Film allows us to hold on to them a little longer. And that’s what I love most about what I do.
